Practical information about the hotel
Dragsvik Fjordhotell is a small family run hotel placed on the green peninsula of Dragsvik right by Balestrand. The ferry to Hella and Vagsnes is only a 100 meters away from the hotel. The distance from the hotel to Balestrand is around 9km. In the center of Balestrand you will find cafès, museums, grocery stores and more.
Our hotel has 18 rooms, divided into “comfort double” and “standard double”. We also have 4 cabins for rent in our garden.
Booking
A booking is confirmed and legally binding as soon as the hotel has received and confirmed credit card information and a reserved stay. It is our guests responsibility to make sure the arrival- and departure date, credit card information and everything else that concerns the booking is correct.
Payment
We require payment from our guests based on information from the hotel. If you are to pay a deposit in advance, the hotel will notify you. Please bring a print of your received confirmation email.
Change booking
Changing your booking, arrival and/or departure dates need to be notified in writing to post@dragsvik.no, or by phone + 47 57 69 44 00. Additional fees may be added.
Cancellation
Any cancellation needs to be sent in writing to post@dragsvik.no.
1. If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
2. If the cancellation is done 7 days or less before the arrival date the full amount must be payed/there will be no refund.
3. Disregard the policies above if you have been in contact with Dragsvik hotel and made special arrangements/agreements with regards to booking or/and cancellation

Groups
Our hotel offers stays to individual travelers. If you wish to order a stay for a small group needing more than three rooms, other booking terms apply. Please contact us in advance before booking.
Insurance
We recommend always having travel insurance in case of illness, loss of or damage to property, accidents and similar.
Check-in | Check-out
Check-in after 3pm on your arrival date.
Check-out before 12am on your departure date.
The reception is open until 11pm, but if you arrive later than 6pm, we would like you to notify us by phone or email.
Breakfast | Dinner
Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 8am to 10am.
Dinner is served in our restaurant from 6.30pm to 9pm.
Animals
Animals are not allowed at Dragsvik hotel.
E-charger
There are two E-vehicle charging stations right outside the hotel.

If anyone in your party has allergies or special dietary needs we would appreciate a notice when you order. Our standard breakfast, lunch and dinner menus have allergens listed.
